Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at info@emia.net.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, EMIA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to accept the delivery between 9am and 5pm
In-Store Pickup
After placing your order online, we'll authorize your payment method and send you an email once your order is ready for pickup. Most items are ready within 24 hours. Bring your order confirmation email (mobile or a printed copy) with you and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.
